What to know before you order

The Super 8 150 runs a carburetted 151 cc engine with a washable oil screen, 0.8 L of SAE 15W-40 and a CR7HSA plug on every year we list. The 2015 to 2020 models take the YT7A-4 battery. The belt is 17.5 mm new and done at 16.5 mm, and the rollers are 16 mm new and done at 15.4 mm, so one visit to the belt case can check both.

Super 8 150 maintenance intervals

Whichever comes first, distance or time. The first service is the one riders skip and the one that matters most on a new or rebuilt engine.

Electrical test values

Measured at about 20 °C with the connector unplugged. A reading far outside the range points at the part; a reading inside it sends you back to the wiring and the connectors.
