These Terms of Service govern your use of the Kymco Parts Store website and your purchases of genuine KYMCO OEM parts from us. Key points:
- Genuine OEM parts. We sell genuine KYMCO original-equipment parts, cross-referenced against KYMCO's official parts diagrams. Diagrams and part data are provided for reference; KYMCO may supersede part numbers, and the part shipped is the current factory replacement.
- Fitment is your responsibility. Verify fitment for your exact model, year, and color before ordering — our VIN lookup () makes this fast. If we verified a part for your VIN and it doesn't fit, we'll make it right.
- Orders and pricing. Prices are shown in USD. An order is accepted when we confirm it; we may cancel and refund orders we cannot fulfill (for example, discontinued factory parts).
- Shipping. See our Shipping Policy. Special-order parts are stocked to order from KYMCO's US distributor and can be backordered; you may cancel unshipped backordered items for a full refund at any time.
- Returns. See our Return & Refund Policy — 14-day returns on new, unopened parts.
- Warranty and liability. Parts carry the manufacturer's warranty where applicable. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected order.
- Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
