Get a faster answer

  • Fitment questions: include your VIN (or model, year and color) in the first message so we can verify the exact part. You can also check it yourself with the VIN lookup.
  • Order questions: include the order number from your confirmation email.
  • A part that isn't listed: send the part number from the exploded-view diagram if you have it. If KYMCO still supplies the part, we can usually order it.
  • Returns: read Returns and Refunds first. Every return needs our authorization before you ship anything back.
