KYMCO Like 200i Service Specs: Part Numbers and Intervals

This is the service sheet for the KYMCO Like 200i (4-stroke single, air cooled, 163 cc, fuel injected). What to know before you order

The Like 200i takes the same YTX9-BS battery as the Like 150i but a CR7HSA plug rather than the 150i's CR8E, and its CVT is bigger: 23 mm rollers and a 19 mm belt. KYMCO lists both SAE 10W-40 and 15W-40 for it, and 0.8 L does an oil change. The valve clearance is tight at 0.06 mm cold, so the 4,000 km valve check is worth keeping.

Like 200i maintenance intervals

Whichever comes first, distance or time. The first service is the one riders skip and the one that matters most on a new or rebuilt engine.

Clean, dry threads unless the row says otherwise. Aluminium cases strip long before a steel bolt complains, so use a torque wrench on the drain bolt and the plug.

Electrical test values
