What to know before you order
The Agility 50 is the simplest machine in the range to keep healthy: a washable oil screen instead of a filter, a 0.8 L oil change, and a belt and roller set drawn on the same diagram (E06). The one trap is the spark plug. The 2016 model takes an NGK CR6HSA and the 2020 and later models a CR7HSA, one heat range colder, so order by your year rather than by what came out of the engine. If the belt case is open anyway, the rollers are 16 mm new and done at 15.4 mm, and changing both together saves opening it twice.

Agility 50 maintenance intervals
Whichever comes first, distance or time. The first service is the one riders skip and the one that matters most on a new or rebuilt engine.

Torque for the parts you replace
Clean, dry threads unless the row says otherwise. Aluminium cases strip long before a steel bolt complains, so use a torque wrench on the drain bolt and the plug.

Electrical test values
