The Maxxer 450i shares its engine, service figures and parts with the MXU 450i: CR7E plug, YTX20L-BS battery, spin-on oil cartridge and 2.4 L of SAE 5W-30 with a filter change. It sits on smaller 23 inch tires than the MXU and runs them at a higher 5.7 psi.

Torque for the parts you replace
Clean, dry threads unless the row says otherwise. Aluminium cases strip long before a steel bolt complains, so use a torque wrench on the drain bolt and the plug.

Electrical test values
